Publication material by Jean Rivera/The Communiqué After a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, intramurals will resume at Bulacan State University (BulSU) in the third week of October, following the midterm examinations.
In a Facebook post on September 9, BulSU CAL Local Student Council (LSC) teased the return of the university intramurals through an announcement of tryouts for aspiring college varsity students to be announced ‘soon’.
According to CALGovernor Michael Angelo Calixtro, the LSC are making preparations ahead of time for students to enjoy every upcoming event. The players, jersey design, banners, and student coaches from CAL are being discussed as stated by Calixtro.
Try-outs have already started this week, especially for the Basketball and Volleyball divisions since these sections have the most aspiring players.
For CAL aspirant players, “Knowing CAL, Katalista talaga. In every game they do, in every contest na sinasalihan nila, gusto talaga nila manalo. Enjoy this upcoming intrams after we have our midterms exam; enjoy lang, and play safe,” he further told TC.
